As part of its ministry, Sunset Congregational Church offers its facilities and staff members for weddings of both members and non-members. Arrangements for weddings must be made with our Pastor, who is available by appointment Monday through Friday, for wedding information and scheduling you may contact the Pastor by e-mail or phone

 

Sunset Congregational Church is committed to accommodating those who sincerely wish to be married at our church. The officiating pastor is responsible for and has authority over the arrangements and services, and no date is ultimately confirmed until the couple meets with the minister for their required premarital counseling. All couples must present a valid Florida Marriage License and a minister of this church must officiate, although other ordained clergy may be invited to participate in the service.

 

The exact date and time for a wedding is worked out with the church office. Non-member reservations must be secured with a signed wedding contract and a deposit. Sunset Congregational Church's total fee for non-members is also coordinated by the church office and will include organist and support staff, as well as pastor. Wedding coordinators , rehearsal staff, Flowers, photographers and reception are the responsibility of the wedding party.
